The Siri Guru Granth Sahib in English is a landmark project by SikhNet that presents the complete audio recording of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji (sacred scripture of Sikhism) in English. This complete 92-hour long recording is intended to bring the spiritual wisdom of the Sikh Gurus within reach of people worldwide, especially those unfamiliar with Punjabi or Gurmukhi. The English translation used is by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa, except for the Japji Sahib, translated by Guruka Singh Khalsa. This project includes readings by a committed team of readers, namely Sirgun Kaur, Guruka Singh Khalsa, Sat Nirmal Kaur Khalsa, Gurumustuk Singh, and Nirvair Singh. Listeners' experience is enhanced by the soothing background music and natural sounds that accompany their sincere recitations. Inspired by the concept of an Akhand Path, this project aims to offer a complete audio journey through Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji—perfect for listening at home, in the office, or while traveling in the car.
