Bhai Anshdeep Singh (Amritsar)

Bhai Anshdeep Singh, son of Bhai Navneet Singh Ji Hazuri Ragi Darbar Sahib, is a young and dedicated practitioner of Gurbani Kirtan. His musical journey began at the young age of 4, he grew up listening to Gurbani Kirtan and naturally developed a deep attachment to it. Anshdeep Singh was guided and trained by his Ustaad, his father Bhai Navneet Singh Ji, from whom he received the precious gift of Gurbani Kirtan in the traditional style. At the age of 19, his formal training in playing the Taus and mastering Raag Kirtan began. He describes that playing the Taus is not just music, it is a deeply spiritual and blessed experience where he feels a profound connection to his Guru as he recites the sacred verses. His message to the Sangat and lovers of Gurbani Kirtan is one of unwavering devotion. He encourages everyone, regardless of their profession, to remain connected to the Guru through Gurbani Kirtan, emphasizing the blessing of traditional instruments.
