Dhadi Baddowal Waliyan Bibian

Fifth Guru Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji was made to sit on hot iron plates and burning sand was poured over his naked body. When his body was blistered, he was chained and thrown into the river Ravi. Guru Sahib embraced martyrdom peacefully. After martyrdom, His son Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji put on two swords known as Miri and Piri instead of facing the assault peacefully. He constructed Akal Takhat Sahib and also prepared the armed forces to teach the lesson to cruel by joining power with devotion. Guru Sahib used to address the devotees and make them listen exciting varaan through Dhadi Nathu and Abdulla to put in heroism. Dhadi Singhs are continuing singing these exciting varaan since then. 'Baddowal Bibian Da Dhadi Jatha' (Bibi Jasdeep Kaur Khalsa, Bibi Harmeet Kaur Khalsa, Jasmeet Singh Khalsa - Sarangi Master & Mukhtiar Singh Tufan Bihla - Writer) is one among these. This Jatha is performing since 1996. Jatha had won PTC MUSIC AWARD In 2010,2011,2012 for The Best Religious Album Of The Year...
