<p><span>In</span> the study of Gurbani, Naam is everything. The purpose of human life is to experience Naam. Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji once defined Naam as, "My identity, given to me by my God complete and clear." In this class, we will explore the 2nd Ashtapadi of Sukhmani Sahib, and understand the importance of Naam and how to train the mind to recognize it.</p>
